Kari Sam Wuhrer was born on 28th April 1968 is an American singer and actress. Wuhrer began her career as she was just a teen. She is best known for her character Maggie Beckett on the TV show Sliders, as well as in the role of Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror-comedy movie Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was born within Brookfield Connecticut as the daughter of Karin Noble and worked as a pay clerk and German American Andrew Wuhrer. There are three brothers and sisters.
